Die Gesellschaft arbeitet ausschließlich innerhalb der Gruppe. Sie wirbt kein Kapital von Dritten ein und bietet keine Beteiligungen an.

Die C&N Investment Group LLC wurde 2026 im US-Bundesstaat Delaware gegründet. Sie ist die Finanzierungszweckgesellschaft der C&N Gruppe und verbindet eine Kreditlinie in den USA mit der Entwicklungserfahrung einer gewachsenen deutschen Unternehmensgruppe.

Unsere Aufgabe

Die C&N Investment Group LLC wurde als hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der C&N Vermögensverwaltung GmbH gegründet, um die Finanzierung der Projektentwicklungen der C&N Gruppe an einer Stelle zu bündeln. Aus einer Kreditlinie (Line of Credit) in den USA reicht sie Darlehen an die ILP Invest Group GmbH aus, die diese Mittel an die Projektgesellschaften weitersteuert.

Wir planen mit Reserven statt mit Best-Case-Annahmen. Jedes Projekt wird vor der Finanzierung auf seine Realisierbarkeit geprüft.

Darlehen fließen zweckgebunden in konkrete Vorhaben der Gruppe – etwa für den Ankauf von Grundstücken. Der Verwendungszweck wird vertraglich fixiert.

Our mandate

C&N Investment Group LLC was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of C&N Vermögensverwaltung GmbH to consolidate the financing of the C&N Group's project developments in one place. From a line of credit in the USA, it extends loans to ILP Invest Group GmbH, which channels these funds to the project companies.

The company works exclusively for the Group: it does not raise capital from third parties, does not offer equity interests, and does not address external investors.

C&N Vermögensverwaltung GmbH holds 100% of C&N Investment Group LLC. Beneath C&N Vermögensverwaltung GmbH sits KLM Beteiligung GmbH, in which it holds a 76% stake, and beneath that ILP Invest Group GmbH with its subsidiaries. In total, the corporate group comprises 15 project companies that carry out real estate development on the ground.
